BBYO NORTHERN REGION EAST
BBYO International Convention (IC) 2022 is coming to Baltimore from February 17-21 and BBYO Northern Region East (NRE) is already preparing for our Movement's biggest moment to date. There are many ways for you, your family, and the Maryland, Northern Virginia, and D.C. Jewish communities to take part in all that IC has to offer. Embrace our International Delegation before IC, become an official IC Brand Partner, volunteer, or join us for the celebrations—we want you to be involved. Explore opportunities below.
Our International Delegates and staff from dozens of countries around the world will arrive early for a pre-IC program called Global Ambassadors Week. We are seeking host families to welcome our international teen leaders as they enjoy a powerful and fun experience before IC officially starts. Connect with us if you can host or want to learn more!
Check back soon for ways to get involved.
BBYO is seeking corporate, nonprofit, collegiate, and other relevant brands to partner with, or sponsor, IC to help amplify our program while giving attendees a feel for the local spirit and culture. If you are a part of a local, national, or global organization interested in becoming a Brand Partner at IC, please email us with a description of your company’s services. Selected IC Brand Partners will have access to our audience of thousands of influential Gen Z teens, as well as alumni, staff, and friends of BBYO from around the world.
We're looking for 300+ volunteers in a variety of roles from Wednesday, February 16 through Monday, February 21. Opportunities for volunteering will be distributed across convenient shifts, and all volunteers are provided with full access to IC including signature events like Opening Ceremonies, IC Limmud, and the BBYO Celebrates concert.
Interested in volunteering but not ready to register for shifts yet? Let us know that you're interested in the link below.
Check back soon for volunteer sign up.
BBYO International Convention is opening its doors to the entire Maryland, Northern Virginia, and D.C area Jewish communities! All local Jewish teens, and friends of BBYO of all ages, are invited to join us before and during IC for special community-wide events. Many events are open to all family members – including eighth graders – and some events are exclusive to teens (regardless of BBYO membership!). Parents of all NRE area teens attending IC can also participate in IC via a 'Community Pass' which will be offered in the weeks ahead of IC.
