IC 2024 is Returning to Orlando, Florida!

For safety considerations, details on specific hotels and accommodations will only be released to delegates and their families. We recommend that you wait to book your travel until receiving confirmation that you are registered for IC 2024. For all requests related to unique travel arrangements, please be in touch with the IC Customer Service Team so we can work with you in advance of IC to be as accommodating as possible.

Global Ambassadors Week

For Delegates from Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Australia

IC's Global Ambassadors Week will take place approximately between Sunday, February 11, 2024 to Wednesday, February 14, 2024, though dates are subjective to each community. Specific travel information and confirmed program dates will be will be provided by your local BBYO professionals or partner agency staff. All International Delegates should feel free to contact Nikki Jenner with questions.

Pre-IC Experiences: February Executives Conference and IC Advance

Open to AZA & BBG Regional Presidents, Canadian Delegates, and Eligible Members of the IC 2024 Steering Team

Arrival on Wednesday, February 14

IC February Executives Conference and IC Advance are pre-IC experiences for Alephs and BBGs to come together to train on best practices, sharpen and learn new skills, finalize their plans for the upcoming year, and gear up for IC 2024.

  • IC February Executives Conference is open to AZA and BBG Council, Regional, and Country Presidents

  • IC Advance is invite-only for eligible members of the IC 2024 Steering Team

Airport Arrival: Orlando International Airport (MCO)

  • All delegates flying into Orlando should plan to arrive no later than 4:30 PM EST. Starting at 9:00 AM EST on both arrival days, BBYO staff and IC volunteers will be stationed throughout Orlando International Airport (MCO) wearing colorful BBYO vests and holding BBYO signs. Specific information about what delegates should do upon their arrival at the airport will be provided directly to all registered delegates and their families via email a few days ahead of IC. BBYO Staff will be available in the airport until 5:30 PM EST. The last shuttle from the Orlando Airport to the IC hotel will depart at 5:30 PM EST. If your teen planned to arrive before 4:30 PM EST and experiences delays causing them to miss the last shuttle, BBYO will work with you to ensure there is a transportation plan for your teen to safely arrive to IC. Any teen who books travel to land after 4:30 PM EST will be responsible for arranging their own transportation to the IC hotel.

  • Shuttles will begin to head to the IC hotel by mid-morning on all arrival days. Upon arrival at the hotel, teens will go through the IC check-in process. Hotel rooms may not be ready at the time of a teen's arrival, but luggage will be safely stored and there will be programming, restaurants, and cafes available for delegates to enjoy until their room is ready. Shuttles will be on a loop throughout the day and delegates may need to wait in the airport until the shuttle returns. We encourage all delegates to bring a little extra spending money for airport snacks/meals. Please note that dinner on Wednesday, February 14, will be the first meal provided.

Hotel Drop-Off (Arrival by Car or Bus)

  • If you are being dropped off at an IC hotel, plan on arriving between 1:00 PM EST and 3:00 PM EST. Delegates may not drive themselves to IC

Departure

All delegates will depart IC on Monday, February 19, 2024.

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

  • All delegates leaving via the airport should plan to book flights out of Orlando after 9:30am EST and before 3:00pm EST. BBYO may not have staff at the airport after 3:00pm EST. The last airport shuttle from the IC hotel will depart at 11:30am EST.

Hotel Pick-Up (Departure by Car or Bus)

  • If you are being picked up at the hotel, please plan to depart by 9:30 AM EST. Delegates may not drive themselves home from IC.

Travel Insurance

BBYO has partnered with a licensed travel insurance agent to offer travel insurance through Travel Insured International. They provide a cost-effective solution for student groups with important benefits like trip cancellation, trip interruption, missed connection, trip delay and baggage delay. Families should consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment and plan for the unexpected. More information on specific insurance plans, costs, and purchasing can be found here. If you are a resident of Canada, you will need to purchase an individual plan at Teen Travel Insurance. Residents of the Province of Quebec are not eligible for this insurance plan.

NOTE: Benefits such as “Cancel for Any Reason” and the pre-existing conditions waiver are ONLY available within 14 days of your first trip payment/deposit.

When it comes to travel insurance, all questions regarding insurance matters must go directly through our licensed travel insurance agent. Our customer service team can assist only when submitting a claim.
