GETTING TO Dallas

IC 2020 is returning to Dallas, Texas! For safety considerations, details on specific hotels and accommodations will only be released to delegates and their families. We recommend that you wait to book your travel until receiving confirmation that you are registered for IC 2020.

Please review all travel directions carefully. We can't commit to provide transportation if teens book travel outside of these specific parameters. For all requests related to unique travel arrangements, please be in touch with the IC Customer Service Team so we can work with you in advance of IC to be as accommodating as possible.

Travel information must be submitted on registrants account no later than Thursday, December 5, 2019.

Arrival

Delegates from outside of the United States and Canada

Your arrival date may begin as early as a week before IC. Specific travel information will be provided by local BBYO professionals or partner agency staff. All International Delegates should feel free to contact Lana Alman with questions.

Delegates attending IC + Summit

Your arrival date will be Wednesday, February 12, 2020. IC Summit is a pre-IC experience for members seeking hands on skills-based training. See below for specific details on arrival options.

Travel Protection Plan

U.S. and Canadian Delegates

BBYO has partnered with Travel Insured International to provide a discounted group travel insurance option specially designed for teen travel. Families are highly encouraged to sign-up for travel insurance in order to protect their investment and plan for the unexpected. All benefits are subject to policy exclusions. The "Cancellation for Any Reason (CFAR)" Premium Policy coverage is 75% of the nonrefundable cost of your trip if cancelled 48 hours or more before scheduled departure. CFAR is only available if you insure the full cost of your trip (including flights), must be purchased prior to making your final payment for IC, and is not available for Canadian or New York residents.

Standard Policy:
Between $41 and $54 depending on the full cost of your trip
Premium Policy (not available for Canadian or NY residents): Between $61 and $81 depending on the full cost of your trip

Coverage includes: trip cancellation, trip interruption, travel delay, missed connection, baggage delays or loss, non-medical emergency evacuation, accident and sickness medical expense, emergency evacuation and repatriation, cancel for any reason (optional).
