IC 2023 is Returning to Dallas, Texas!

For safety considerations, details on specific hotels and accommodations will only be released to delegates and their families. We recommend that you wait to book your travel until receiving confirmation that you are registered for IC 2023. For all requests related to unique travel arrangements, please be in touch with the IC Customer Service Team so we can work with you in advance of IC to be as accommodating as possible.

Global Ambassadors Week

For Delegates from Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, and Australia

Arrival on Thursday, February 9

IC's Global Ambassadors Week will take place approximately between Thursday, February 9, 2023 to Wednesday, February 15, 2023 (dates subjective to each community). Specific travel information will be provided by your local BBYO professionals or partner agency staff. All International Delegates should feel free to contact Nikki Jenner with questions.

This experiences rolls into the Global Leadership Forum on Wednesday, February 15.

Pre-IC Experiences: February Executives Conference, Global Leadership Forum, and IC Advance

Open to AZA & BBG Regional Presidents, Canadian Delegates, and Eligible Members of the IC 2023 Steering Team

Arrival on Wednesday, February 15

IC February Executives Conference, IC Global Leadership Forum, and IC Advance are pre-IC experiences for Alephs and BBG’s to come together to train on best practices, sharpen old and learn new skills, finalize their plans for the upcoming year, and gear up for IC 2023.

  • IC February Executives Conference is open to Aleph and BBG Regional Presidents

  • IC Global Leadership Forum is open to delegates from: Europe, Latin America, Africa, Asia, Australia, and Canada

  • IC Advance is invite-only for eligible members of the IC 2023 Steering Team

You have two options for arrival:

Airport Arrival: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

  • All delegates flying into Dallas should plan to arrive no later than 3:00 PM CST. Starting at 9:00 AM CST, BBYO staff and IC volunteers will be stationed throughout Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) and Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL), wearing colorful BBYO vests and holding BBYO signs. They will help direct you to the meeting areas. Specific information about what teens should do upon their arrival at the airport will be provided directly to all registered delegates and their families a few days ahead of IC. BBYO Staff will be available in the airport until 7:00 PM CST.

  • Shuttles will begin to head to the IC hotel by mid-morning on all arrival days. Upon arrival at the hotel, teens will go through the IC check-in process. Hotel rooms may not be ready at the time of a teen's arrival, but luggage will be safely stored and there will be programming, restaurants, and cafes available for delegates to enjoy until their room is ready. Shuttles will be on a loop throughout the day and delegates may need to wait in the airport until the shuttle returns. We encourage all delegates to bring a little extra spending money for airport snacks/meals. Please note that dinner on Wednesday, February 15, will be the first meal provided.

Hotel Drop-Off (Arrival by Car or Bus)

  • If you are being dropped off at an IC hotel, plan on arriving between 1:00 PM CST and 4:00 PM CST. Delegates may not drive themselves to IC.

Arrival on Thursday, February 16

You have two options for arrival:

Departure

All delegates will depart IC on Monday, February 20, 2023.

Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) or Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL)

  • All delegates leaving via the airport should plan to book flights out of Dallas after 11:00 AM CST and before 5:00 PM CST. BBYO will not have staff at the airport after 5:00 PM CST.

Hotel Pick-Up (Departure by Car or Bus)

  • If you are being picked up at the hotel, please plan to depart by 9:30 AM CST. Delegates may not drive themselves home from IC.

Travel Insurance

Families are encouraged to consider purchasing travel insurance to protect their investment and plan for the unexpected. Insurance can be purchased through BBYO's partner or through a personal insurance agent.

BBYO is not licensed or authorized to answer questions regarding your teen’s travel insurance policy or options. When it comes to travel insurance, all questions regarding insurance matters must go directly through our licensed travel insurance agent.
