European Leadership Training Institute (ELTI) is BBYO’s annual European Continental gathering. We're uniting over 150 Jewish European Teen Leaders for a weekend focused on skills training, relationship building, and Movement strengthening across Europe. Attendees will participate in multi-day programming designed to develop leadership skills, foster growth in their home chapters, and have fun with friends from around the continent!
