Over Presidentsʼ Day weekend (February 13-18, 2019), more than 5,000 of the Jewish community’s top teen leaders, educators, professionals, and philanthropists from around the world will come together in Denver, Colorado for one of the largest Jewish communal events of the year. Delegates will hear from and meet inspiring speakers, deepen leadership skills, serve the local community, celebrate Shabbat, learn together, have access to exclusive music performances, and do their part to strengthen the Jewish Future.
In addition to showcasing spirit and community pride, International Convention (IC) delegates will join in the democratic process of furthering BBYO's agenda and elect AZA and BBG’s next International Board. Throughout the year, Alephs and BBGs join with our brothers and sisters around the world for multinational experiences. Learn more about what each of these experiences are and how you can attend. The portals to apply for application-based experiences are housed in AZA and BBG's lead hub.
These two annual moments are business meetings with the Executive Body. Both offer high level training for our community presidents on strategies for running the Movement. We pass legislation, commit to our Priorities for the year, and build relationships between our top leaders so that we look to this group to help us mobilize throughout the year.
Active Jewish Teens' is our sister Movement in the former Soviet Union (FSU). Over the past six years, this conference in Ukraine has grown into a gathering of hundreds from Europe, Asia, and North America. Alephs and BBGs from North America can attend this experience by applying for Ambassadors to Ukraine.
Every year and half, Jewish youth from all across Latin America join for a week of learning, spirit, and connection. The seminar rotates between Argentina, Chile, and Uruguay. Alephs and BBGs from North America can attend this experience by applying for Ambassadors to Latin America.
Jewrovision is the biggest Jewish community event in Germany and the largest singing and dancing competition in Europe. More than 1,200 young people from 60 Jewish youth centers from across Germany participate in this spirited competition. Alephs and B'nai B'rith Girls from around the world can apply to be part of this epic Jewish community moment with friends from our sister movement, ZWST (The Central Welfare Organization for Jews in Germany).

The March of the Living (MOTL) is a two-week international experience that brings Jewish teens from around the world together each spring to learn about the atrocities of the Holocaust in Poland and celebrate Jewish Peoplehood in the Jewish homeland, the State of Israel.
In addition to traveling, learning, and celebrating with thousands of teens from around the world, MOTL delegates are joined by survivors for a truly impactful experience. The life-changing journey, April 29 — May 13, 2019, coincides with Yom HaShoah (Holocaust Remembrance Day) and Yom Ha’Atzmaut (Israeli Independence Day). BBYO offers a wide array of experiences for Jewish teens over the summer. You can strengthen your leadership skills, travel to a new country, build career and interest focused skills on a college campus, experience Israel, or participate in a direct service program—all while having the time of your life and meeting new friends from around the world.
